Basis  Software Environment requirement:

1.  Operating system：Windows 2000/XP/2003/Vista

4.  Recommnend to update mybase to V5.5(or latest version)(Download:http://wjjsoft.com)
5.  Pls. use the files of “fix”to update the module of CyberArticle(Replace).(Read readme.txt in “fix” folder before update)

Converting user step:
1. Select MyBase data(nyf file)
2. Click“Change to content”，convert “nyf” file to content tree.

3. select content tree you want to import in.
4. click “start converting”，and you it will generate a new xbook file.
5. it will spend more time when convert big size word document, pls wait patiently.

It gives more place to browser,it has no heading bar,no status bar and everything likes google homepage with brief style.

It still has stronge function with webkit core,v8 engine,multi process. it can  quickly start up,quickly browser,and quickly response.

For the limitation of safety,google chrome can not be extended by plug-in,it can be supported after official update version(beter and meliorative version),so it is very poor in the saving function,it can only save html format with lot of defects, such as can not save pages completely . 

Do you want to save to mht files(just one file) as IE（internet explorer）? or you want to use CyberArticle to save complete webpage and manage them.Even you want to save selection in the webpages.Sorry,the chrome can not do them now,and it has no plugin to support it.

The chrome does not allow to modify the interface by third party,how to start plugin?

Easy to use.

completely save：

Click bookmark “SAVE AS PLUS” after open web page.

you can find SAVE AS dialog window:

Select the save formats:html,mht or zip.

in the saving process, you can click save to see save progress.

after finish them, it will give reminder widnows as following.

To save the selection:

if you want to save what you select in the web page such as you do not want to save advertisements,you can select sav as plus bookmark:

open web page and select what you want to save.

click” SAVEAS PLUS ” and you can finish saving what you want.

What is the difference in the three modes:

It is determined by the saved method:

The First：“SAVE AS”

Save AS just passes the webpage URL to download tool,and then download it background with IE core.

So, it will be different in dynamical web page( mail,BBS,AJAX…) for the reason of re-open as we read in chrome .

The Second：“SAVE AS PLUS”

It gets Chrome webpage html content by script. it solves Frame problems and then passes the content to download tools,it can download all the picture resource by download tools as you see in webpage.

it can save what you see.

The Third：“SAVE SELECTION”

it likes second way,it just saves what you select without contents you do not want to use, such as,advertisement.

Such as, browser google map, it is a typical AJAX page wih login-in information.and the language is English in chrome:

Ensure you have installed one of Microsoft Outlook 2000,XP,2003 or 2007.start up Outlook2CHM.exe with following interface:

Step 3：seletion and setup:

After starting up software,It will automatically detect the Microsoft Outlook file as following picture,you can selct the files which do you want to backup(export).

Select 2 option in above picture,you can list the date and mail sent time, it can help to get better reading in the future.You can also setup documents parameter in following picture to help search option,it will help get better operation later.

Note:For the limitation of CHM,every file size must less than 2G,if your document exceed 2G, you can back up them,it will be better to make content backup, such as one backup one year.

Step 4：start back up

Click “start” and start back up.

Note:it will has safety warning when software operates the outlook,pls select allow access,and set up more time and then select yes to finish coverting.

After finish converting,you can manager your mail by CHM files,it supports Contents,Idex search,HTML saving and attachments saving.

Skills：

1：In order to browser better in future,You can classify the mail to different contents and back separately. 
2：GMail、Hotmail,etc. web mail can open POP option, you can download them to local hard disk and then you can back up them with our tools.

1、Setup WordPress system

Log in WordPress sytem managerment interface,click setup->write and then select start:”WordPress,Movable Type,MetaWeblog and  Blogger  XML-RPC publish protocol.

2、Download and install CyberArticle Blog publish plugin

download the attachment,and extract to any folder you want such as: e:\caplugins\

click start menu,sart and input

regsvr32 “e:\caplugins\BlogPublisher.dll”

register the plugin.

if your OS is Vista and started UAC function you should do some setups as following:

in explorer and open c:\windows\system32 cmd.exe and start cmd.exe, select “operate in administrators”,and iput command:

regsvr32 “e:\caplugins\BlogPublisher.dll” to finish regester.

3、Start CyberArticle and publish article

Select article of the tree content you want to publish in CyberArticle,and right click mouse, select “Advanced”->Publish to your Blog as following picture.

It will have a dialog as following

Server information:

• Address：WordPress Blog home page,such as:weishijun.com
• Port：80
• User Name：your Blog name 
• Password：your Blog password
• Blog Sysrem：select WordPress only

Action：

• Auto：Auto check the article publish status,if you have published it,it will update it,if not,it will publish to new one in blog.
• New Post：Force to publish new blog.
• Edit Post：Force editing published Blog,it will abort if blog does not exsist.

Options：

• Limit images width：if picture size is very big,it just limits picture width(scaled down with equal ratio).
• Category:The category information, you can input several categories with “,” separating them, if the catefory is not existing,the program will create it automaticly in Gategory content.

after setting up, and click “ok”,you article will be published to blog system. you can check detail error information when you meet error in CyberArticle Log file.

4、Note

The plugin will publish attachments with list to blog system when publishes CyberArticle article.

The plugin can publish pictures only now,it can not support other formats such as:flash,video,music,CSS,etc.

It maybe can not cover the original picture when updates or re-upload article.

The merit than Live Write:When you edit the articles, you can paste the picture to HTML, and also get backup in local disk.
